Read the inclusions before you pay. Residential packages allocate accommodation across our resort partner properties — you are not choosing a specific room at checkout.
The full package price is payable at the time of booking. Checkout is handled by a secure third-party payment processor; your card details are never held by the festival.
A payment receipt arrives immediately. Your booking confirmation follows once accommodation and, where included, travel have been confirmed with our suppliers. That second email is the one that matters for refunds.

Sponsorship tiersBecause packages include accommodation and travel that we commit to suppliers on your behalf, refunds work differently from a standard event ticket. It is worth two minutes now rather than a surprise later.
